Mostbetbr Terms and Conditions — Know before you play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Mostbetbr platform and its users ("you" or "Member"). "Mostbetbr" or "we" refers to the operating entity that provides services under the domain https://mostbetbr.ws.

Each person may hold only one account on Mostbetbr. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all accounts will be closed and all transactions will be voided.

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. Mostbetbr will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your login details with another person.

All bets on Mostbetbr are considered final once confirmed. Delays in confirmation due to internet connectivity issues or any other reason do not constitute grounds to dispute the validity of a bet.

• Only bets placed before an event begins are considered pre-match bets
• Bets placed after odds change in live betting will be settled at the updated odds
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be voided and stakes refunded
• Mostbetbr reserves the right to void any bet placed on abnormal odds or as a result of a technical error
• Mostbetbr's decision is final in resolving betting disputes

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mostbetbr platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using different email addresses or devices under the same identity to unfairly exploit bonus benefits
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to place bets
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds of illegal origin
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other users
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information

Mostbetbr conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You may be asked to submit documents before withdrawing or when processing high-value transactions.

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of payment method ownership (mobile number or bank account verification)

All submitted documents are stored securely in accordance with Mostbetbr's privacy policy and used solely for verification purposes.

You can close your account at any time. Contact support and your account will be deactivated within 48 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Mostbetbr reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for the following reasons — without prior notice:

• Clear violation of the terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• If KYC verification fails or fraudulent documents are submitted
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)
